I am surprised that Healthcare looks like it doesn't have much volatility over the ten years, given that most had a huge COVID spike and then a big sell-off afterwards.

Big pharma, being a big percentage of healthcare, is “uncorrelated”. A company follow a cycle of low PE, low earnings, bigger PE and EPS, rinse and repeat. But every big pharma stock will do it on a different timeframe.

That’s why I don’t like much Pharma ETFs.
Ah yeah that makes sense. I always forget about pharma, as I exclude it from my investing universe.
I usually do as well, except for GLP1 (Eli Lilly and Novo) as it's easier to understand and a game changer for our societies.
